Once again, PICA has partnered with some of Portland’s most innovative culinary artists to bring you a raffle worth drooling over. This year, in honor of our 20th anniversary, we’ve come up with 20 exciting culinary adventures to raffle off – we’ll keep adding prizes throughout the month of December, so pay attention to this page.
