Mark Russell is the guest Artistic Director of PICA’s 2008 Time-Based Art Festival. He works and lives in New York City where he produces the Under the Radar Festival at the Public Theater. From 1983-2004 Russell was the Executive/Artistic Director of Performance Space 122. Russell is married to Jennifer P. Goodale and they have a five-year-old son, Nicholas.
