At the second Artist Round Table, get advice from arts industry professionals on the best methods of applying for artist grants. Artistic Director Cathy Edwards, curator and grant panelist, will offer a reviewer’s perspective on what makes an effective application stand out from the rest. Development Associate Scott McEachern will provide advice to local artists on techniques for putting together a grant proposal and finding support from local organizations.

In addition to her current roles at PICA and the International Festival of Art and Ideas, Edwards has served on numerous grant review panels, including the National Endowment for the Arts, the Mid-Atlantic Arts Foundation, the New England Foundation for the Arts. She has also reviewed applications for Creative Capital and the MAP Fund.
