Spend a summer evening at Mississippi Studio's newly-opened Bar Bar patio, and get the inside scoop on PICA's Time-Based Art Festival (TBA). Entering its eighth year, the TBA Festival draws artists from across the country and around the globe for a convergence of contemporary performance, dance, music, new media, and visual arts projects. This year, TBA is presented September 9-19, 2010, with visual art installations running through October 17th. TBA celebrates artists from across and in-between all mediums, and activates the entire Portland community with art and ideas.

Join PICA and Art Spark to hear about Festival artists, plan your program, win TBA tickets, and catch a sneak-preview performance by Woolly Mammoth Comes to Dinner.

Organized by the Regional Arts and Culture Council, Art Spark is a monthly mingling for artists of all sorts to meet, discuss, applaud, and plot the growth of art in Portland.
