PICA's annual Time-Based Art Festival (TBA) draws artists from across the country and around the globe for a convergence of contemporary performance and visual art in Portland, Oregon. Celebrating its tenth year, the TBA Festival will be presented September 6-16, 2012, with visual art exhibits running through October. TBA activates the entire community with art and ideas.
