Dolphin Midwives is the solo project of Portland-based harpist/composer/producer Sage Elaine Fisher. Her ecstatic ritual experiments are made audible through electronic feedback, whispered and watery soprano, iridescent harp, ASMR beats, glitch and phasing loops.
