Jessica Decker is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. There, she spent more than a decade advising, executing, and delivering banking, lending, planning, and wealth management services with internal and external partners. Jessica delivers comprehensive wealth strategies, advice, and services to individuals, families, nonprofits, and foundations.

Passionate about building lasting relationships, Jessica listens to each individual’s stories and builds long-lasting connections. She serves as an advocate, keeping values and goals top of mind as she constructs strategies to help clients flourish. Her goal is to take extraordinary care of their financial lives and legacies by bringing to bear the platforms, specialists and thought leadership of the firm.

Jessica transitioned to J.P. Morgan in 2023 from a Senior Relationship Manager role at First Republic Bank. There, she spent more than a decade advising, executing and delivering banking, lending, planning and wealth management services with internal and external partners. Previously, Jessica served as a Corporate Finance Associate at Orca Capital, which she joined in 2012. She spent her early career in New York working for top New York galleries Castelli and Mitchell-Innes & Nash.   

Jessica holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University. She earned a B.A. with a dual major in Fine Art and Art History and a minor in French from Scripps College in Claremont, CA.

Jessica lives in Portland, Oregon, with her young family. She values the importance of art accessibility and is a recent board member of Converge 45, Portland’s citywide contemporary art exhibition. She currently serves on the PAM CUT committee for the cinema and new media wing of the Portland Art Museum. She is also on the gala committee for the Oregon Symphony. She is passionate about financial empowerment for women and athletes and has recently led financial education workshops with Women in Nike, Women in Science, and the National Alliance of African American Athletes.

In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, cycling, hiking, and seeking new additions to her collection of contemporary art. She is fluent in French.
