Precipice Fund: Emergency Relief Grants

For Round Eight of the Precipice Fund (2020), PICA quickly shifted course to adjust and adapt the Fund's core values, criteria, timeline, and giving priorities to implement and distribute short turnaround, need-driven aid. Through an application-based selection process, a total of 120 grants of $500 each were awarded to eligible visual artists based in the Portland Metro region who are experiencing significant financial hardship due to COVID-19. Due to the nature of this grant, recipients of Precipice Fund's Round Eight are anonymous.
